  • In this example, the two ouput TF files created are my_ep_file.ep.tf and ep2.ep.tf. The two EP input files my_ep_file.p and my_ep2_file.p must have compatible headers (same number of samples, same channels). The parameters used for the time-frequency transform have the same meaning as those used in the par file for tfavg.

    1. The input EP files must have identical number of channels, number of samples and sampling period.
    2. The program doesn't check for identical electrode names of the input EP files.
